After you have contacted us, we will discuss your requirements in a non-binding meeting. You tell us in which areas you would like to have new knowledge and practical skills for your employees. You will then receive an offer with details regarding the implementation and content of the course.
Once you have confirmed this, we will organize the entire course, take care of the instructor’s travel and accommodation, and provide all teaching materials, resources, and gadgets for your employees.
In addition, for optimal coordination, there will be a briefing before the start of the course and a debriefing with the instructor after the end of the course to answer any follow-up questions.
Depending on the size of the company, companies located in the Province of Bolzano receive a 50% to 70% contribution for the approved expenses, up to a contribution of 30,000 euros per application.
At least six employees (including owners, shareholders and collaborating family members) must participate in the training activity, which must have a duration of at least 16 hours. Further details can be found on the website of the South Tyrolean regional administration.
Yes. Just like all participants in our certificate courses, your employees will also receive a certificate from South Tyrol Business School upon completion of the in-house course, proving their qualification (e.g. as “Certified Product Manager”).
Employees appreciate this recognition and are thus even more motivated to learn new tools and strategies. The certificates are awarded at the end of the course or can be handed to the employees by the company at a later date.
